The first KidSati class at PS6 in New York for 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th graders was absolutely amazing and they were adorable. They loved it and so did I. They worked out non-stop for 35 minutes. They even took turns actually leading the workout for each other which helped to build there confidence as well feel like a leader. I was so inspired, imagining children everywhere doing this practice, learning the power of positive self talk, the importance of training their body and their mind to remember to focus on using a warrior voice not a whiner voice.

What I saw was so inspiring. One little girl even said she wanted to go home and teach it to her parents. I gave them each a warrior wrist band and they asked if they could keep it on all the time so they could remember to practice being a warrior!
